      2. All active accounts are billed in full on the first day of each month
      3. Plan upgrades are billed on a pro-rated basis for the difference between the current and new plan

  2. Payment Terms

    1. All payments are due immediately upon billing.

      2. Debit card
      3. Other payment methods as specified on our website
    3. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for all applicable fees.

  3. Non-Payment and Service Suspension

    1. In the event of non-payment:

      1. We reserve the right to immediately suspend services
      2. Access to the Service will be restricted until payment is received
      3. Data will be preserved during the suspension period

    2. If payment is not received within 14 days of the due date:

      1. We reserve the right to terminate the account
      2. All associated data may be permanently deleted
      3. Outstanding fees remain payable

  4. Refund Policy

    1. All services are final and non-refundable.

    2. No refunds will be provided for:

      1. Partial months of service
      2. Unused portions of subscriptions
      3. Terminated accounts
      4. Suspended services

  5. Plan Changes

    1. Plan upgrades:

      1. Will be billed on a pro-rated basis
      2. Will take effect immediately upon payment
      3. Will be reflected in the next monthly billing cycle

    2. Plan downgrades:

      1. Will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle
      2. Will not result in refunds for the current billing period

  6. Billing Disputes

    1. Billing disputes must be raised within 7 days of the billing date.
    2. Failure to dispute a charge within this period constitutes acceptance of the charge.
    3. While a dispute is being investigated, the account will remain active and all fees remain payable.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

5.1 Data Privacy Commitment

5.1.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy and will:

  • Never read your emails without legal compulsion
  • Use military-grade encryption for all data transfers
  • Delete connection logs every 7 days
  • Resist foreign surveillance demands by design

5.1.2 All Personal Data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
